The short version
All sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Because every product is delivered instantly as a digital file, we can’t “return” it the way you’d return a physical item.
Before you download
If you haven’t downloaded your file yet and want to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@thetronics.store and we’ll refund you in full.
After you download
Once a file has been downloaded, we don’t offer refunds. This is standard practice for instant digital delivery: there’s no way to verify a file hasn’t been used or copied once it leaves our system.
Exceptions
We’ll refund you regardless of download status if: you were charged more than once for the same order, the file you received was corrupted or wouldn’t open, or you received the wrong product. Contact info@thetronics.store with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
How to request a refund
Email info@thetronics.store with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
